Shipping policy
Order Processing & Fulfillment
All SuperFan products are made-to-order and fulfilled through Printify’s global network of production partners.
Please note:

Processing time: 2–7 business days before shipment.

Each product may be produced at a different facility depending on availability, stock, and customer location.

Orders with multiple items may ship separately.
We do not keep inventory; every item is printed specifically for you once your order is placed.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary based on the production partner and delivery destination. Estimated delivery windows:

United States: 3–8 business days after fulfilment

Canada: 5–12 business days after fulfilment

Europe: 4–10 business days after fulfilment

Rest of the world: 7–20 business days after fulfilment
These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-volume periods (holidays).

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

Production partner used for fulfilment
If you purchase multiple items, shipping costs may appear separately depending on the facility producing each item.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
In some cases, tracking may take 48–72 hours to update depending on the carrier.
If your order includes multiple items, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
Wrong Address Policy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
If an address is entered incorrectly, SuperFan is not responsible for lost packages.
If your order has not been fulfilled yet, contact us immediately at hello@super-fan.club, to update the address.
Once production has started, the address cannot be changed.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If a package shows “delivered” but you have not received it:

Check with neighbors or building management

Confirm the shipping address

Contact the carrier directly
SuperFan is not responsible for packages after they are marked delivered, but we will do our best to assist.
If a package is lost in transit, we will work with Printify to replace it at no cost.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Some countries may charge customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.
These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at:

We will issue a replacement free of charge.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Wrong size
-
Change of mind
-
Buyer’s remorse
We only replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
