1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how ONE S&M LICENSES LLC, doing business as SUPERFAN ("SUPERFAN", "we", "us"), collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you visit or make a purchase on super-fan.club (the "Site"). It applies together with applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (CCPA/CPRA), other U.S. state privacy laws and, where applicable, the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  • Order details and purchase history
  • Information you share when you contact us, answer surveys, join the SUPERFAN™ Pass or subscribe to our newsletter

Payment information is processed directly by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.

b. Information collected automatically

  • IP address, browser type, device and operating system, approximate location
  • Pages visited, session duration, referral source and navigation behavior

We collect this information through cookies, pixels and similar technologies, including Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) and the TikTok Pixel.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Process, produce and deliver your orders and handle returns
  • Send order confirmations, shipping updates and invoices
  • Provide customer support
  • Prevent fraud and keep the Site secure
  • Improve the Site and measure and personalize advertising
  • Send marketing emails or texts, only if you opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time)
  • Comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations

5. Sharing Your Information

We share personal information only as needed to run our business:

  • Service providers: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), our production and fulfillment partners that make and ship your order, shipping carriers, payment processors (such as Shopify Payments, PayPal and Stripe), and our email and customer-service tools. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
  • Advertising and analytics partners: Google, Meta and TikTok, through cookies and pixels, to measure campaigns and show you relevant offers. Under some U.S. state laws this may be considered "selling" or "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out at any time (see Section 7).
  • Brand licensors: we do not share your personal information with the brands we license, except aggregated sales data that does not identify you.
  • Legal reasons: when required by law or to protect our rights, customers or the Site.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Essential cookies are required for the Site and checkout to work. Analytics and advertising cookies are used only with your consent where the law requires it (for example, in the EU and UK). You can change your choices at any time through the cookie and privacy preferences banner on the Site or your browser settings.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know and access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your personal information
  • Receive a portable copy of your information

To opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising: use the privacy preferences option on the Site, or email us at hello@super-fan.club with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share". We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid opt-out request.

For other requests: email hello@super-fan.club with the subject "Privacy request". We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit.

8. Your Rights in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to data portability, to restrict or object to processing, to withdraw your consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Contact us at hello@super-fan.club.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or our providers' certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

9. Data Retention

We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfill orders and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements (generally up to 7 years). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including SSL encryption across the Site, secure infrastructure managed by Shopify and access limited to authorized personnel. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

11. TikTok Tracking Technologies

We use TikTok Business Tools to measure our marketing. The TikTok Pixel records product views, clicks, add-to-cart events and purchases; the Events API sends these events from our servers; and Advanced Matching uses encrypted identifiers (such as email or phone) to improve ad attribution. You can limit this tracking through the Site's privacy preferences or your browser settings.

12. Children's Privacy

Our Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU and UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Purchases of products intended for children must be made by a parent, legal guardian or other adult. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at hello@super-fan.club and we will delete it.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. If we make significant changes, we will let you know by email or a notice on the Site.
