  • “Super Fan”, “we,” “us,” or “the store” refers to ONE S&M LICENSES LLC, based in Florida, United States.

  • “User,” “customer,” or “you” refers to any individual who accesses our store and makes a purchase.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

3. Licenses and Intellectual Property

ONE S&M LICENSES LLC is duly authorized to sell products under licensed brands owned by third parties.
All designs, logos, characters, names, and other protected content displayed on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are reproduced under valid licensing agreements.

4. Product Types and Production

Our store offers three types of products:

  1. Print-on-Demand (POD) – Produced upon order by partners such as Printify, Printful, or Amazon.

  2. Inventory Products – Physical items kept in stock and shipped from our Miami warehouse.

  3. Digital Products – Downloadable intangible goods such as files or exclusive content.

Each product type has specific conditions for production, shipping, and returns.

5. Shipping

Shipments are managed directly by our production partners and/or logistics centers.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination country, product type, and supplier.

⚠️ Super Fan is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses during transit, although our team will always assist you in resolving any delivery issue.

6. Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in your local currency unless otherwise indicated.

Payments are processed securely through platforms such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe, or BlueSnap, depending on your region.
We do not store full credit card details on our servers.

All transactions are subject to Shopify’s Payment Terms and Data Processing Agreement.

7. Returns and Replacements

Due to the nature of our products (mainly Print-on-Demand), we do not issue cash refunds.

If your product arrives defective or if there is a production error, we will evaluate the case and, if approved, send you the correct replacement product at no additional cost.

All replacement requests must comply with the requirements outlined in our Return & Replacement Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Super Fan shall not be held liable for:

  • Any damage, loss, or injury arising from the use or misuse of our products.

  • Delivery or payment incidents caused by third-party providers.

  • Unauthorized reproduction or misuse of licensed content by third parties.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order in question.

9. User Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order and restrict access to our store if we detect:

  • Fraudulent behavior

  • Abuse of commercial policies

  • Infringement of intellectual property rights

  • Any unauthorized or unlawful use of our site or services

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively before the competent courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
