Orders and shipping
How long does my order take?
Most SUPERFAN products are made to order. Processing takes 2 to 7 business days, and delivery after shipment usually takes 3 to 8 business days in the United States, 5 to 12 in Canada, 4 to 10 in Europe and 7 to 20 in the rest of the world. These are estimates and can vary with carriers, customs and holidays.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the products in your order.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Every order ships with tracking, and we email you the number as soon as it ships. Orders with several items may arrive in more than one package, each with its own tracking.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Customs duties or import taxes, if your country charges them, are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient.
Can I change my address?
Write to us right away. We can update it while your order has not gone into production yet.

Returns and refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 15 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags and packaging.
How do I start a return?
Go to Returns, enter your order number and email, choose the items and tell us how you would like to be made whole.
What if my order arrived damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 15 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
What can't be returned?
Personalized items, items marked as final sale, gift cards and digital products.

Payments
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify's encrypted checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
Which payment methods do you accept?
The available methods are shown at checkout and can vary by country.
Officially licensed products
Are your products official?
Yes. Everything we sell is 100% officially licensed. Every design is approved by the brand, club or creator that owns it.
Why does licensing matter?
When you buy licensed, part of what you pay goes back to the artists, clubs and creators behind what you love.
