Return & Replacement Policy

1. General Return Policy

You have 15 days from the receipt of your order to request a return or replacement.

⚠️ Our store offers three types of products:

  • Print-on-Demand (made to order)

  • Inventory items (warehouse stock)

  • Digital products (non-returnable)

We do not issue cash refunds or gift cards.
If your request is approved, we will send you the correct product at no additional cost.

2. How to Request a Return or Replacement

Before sending any item back, please contact us at hello@super-fan.club, including:

  • Your order number

  • A clear explanation of the issue

  • Photos that clearly show the problem

Our team will review your case.
If approved, we’ll confirm by email and arrange to send the correct product as quickly as possible.

⛔ Requests not authorized via email will not be accepted.

3. When a Replacement Applies

A replacement will be sent if the product meets one of the following verified conditions:

  • Arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong product, color, or size

  • The print or design is misaligned or incorrect due to a production error

If the issue is confirmed as an error from our team or our supplier, we will ship you a new, correct product free of charge.
You do not need to return the original damaged or incorrect item.

⚠️ Replacement requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery and include clear photo evidence of the issue.

4. Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items

For logistical or sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns of:

  • Personalized or made-to-order products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Perishable goods or personal hygiene items

5. Right of Withdrawal – European Union

If you reside in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receipt, without providing any reason.
Products must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
This right does not apply to custom or made-to-order items.
