Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy

1. Return window

You have 15 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags and packaging.

Holiday returns: items purchased between November 1 and December 31, 2026 can be returned until January 31, 2027. All other conditions of this policy still apply, and items marked as final sale remain non-returnable.

2. How to start a return

Go to super-fan.club/pages/returns and either sign in with your SUPERFAN™ Pass or enter your order number and the email used at checkout. Select the items, tell us why, and choose how you'd like to be made whole. We'll email you the next steps.

3. Your options

  • Store credit (110%) — you receive the item value plus a 10% bonus as store credit. Return shipping is free. The credit never expires; the 10% bonus is valid for 12 months.
  • Exchange — swap for another size, color or product. Return shipping is free.
  • Refund to your original payment method — we email you a prepaid return label at no cost to you, and refund everything you paid for the returned items except the original shipping cost, which is non-refundable.

Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show the refund.

4. Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 15 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including shipping.

5. Items that can't be returned

  • Personalized items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products

6. Right of Withdrawal – European Union

If you reside in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receipt, without providing any reason. Products must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. This right does not apply to personalized items.
