How long do I have?

15 days from the day your order was delivered. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition.

When do I get my store credit?

As soon as your return is processed. It shows in your SUPERFAN account and is applied automatically at checkout. Your credit never expires; the extra 10% bonus is valid for 12 months.

My item arrived damaged or wrong

We're sorry! Choose "Arrived damaged" or "Wrong item" and add a photo. We'll make it right at no cost to you.

Is anything not returnable?

Personalized pieces, digital products and items marked as final sale, including every Fan Deal Days item. Final sale items can't be returned or exchanged. If your item arrived damaged, we'll always help.
